Composed of almost entirely new material, Incursion introduces the first half of The Dualist and gives the story an introduction and context it never knew it needed. That is, until it fell out of my brain and splattered all over my notebook in the late summer of 2008.

Original synopsis : I realized somewhere between chapters Two and Three that I'd essentially started the story somewhere after the first commercial break, having completely cut out all of the (fairly important, or so I'm told) establishing bits. Given how my abilities have developed since I started work in Chapter One in May of 2003, I'm glad that Zero was created after Three, as it made it easier on me to put things in context, while presenting newcomers with sequential art that's substantially better than what you'll find in Convergence.
