Lots of the usual cropping and scaling, followed by a MASSIVE injection of new words - point of fact, the word count has expanded so much that I actually had to CUT a couple of Greymalkin's lines from the script. It makes no difference either way, fortunately.

It's fascinating stuff, really. The Bhaal had an interplanetary empire back when Egypt was Egypt - their moon, their Mars, their Venus... they discovered the annex, tried to tap it for power or something and-

This is noteworthy from the standpoint that most annexed realities seem to have burned out, died out, or otherwise ceased to be occupied by ~humanity at some point.

Evened out the inks in panel one, added a couple of missing details for panel two, and changed Raven's expression from :P to :| in panel four.

Apologies to Jason, Wallie, Don, Robbie, Mike and everybody else who knows (rather they've connected the dots or not) exactly what Greymalkin is blabbering about, which also ties into what Raven and Tantek are talking about in Chapter Three.

If ATC were animated, Raven would be making yap-yap motions with her hand. This isn't entirely obvious, unfortunately.

It was a heck of a lot of work and re-work, and the type was completely redone and expanded at the last minute, but I've finally killed another bristol pad and I'm reasonably happy with the results. Still can't get scale or hair length consistent to save my life, but I'm willing to accept that (as well as facial consistency) as something that Needs To Be Worked On.

On a side note, I smote a couple of visual continuity errors in Chapter Three after upping the previous page, and there's one big one I still need to zap. Since that's less work than a full page, I might smack that down before I proceed with this scene - I'm going to be getting next to no sleep over the next few days, and it's something I can do on auto-pilot.

As opposed to, say, draw - which I can barely do when I'm alert and fully rested.

20050616, 1930 : Added Raven's ring, which I'd completely forgotten about during the line art phase. It's been something like two years since I've needed to draw it, so it just kind of slipped out of my head. D'oh!
