The joys of retooling - panels 4-8 have all been excessively cropped, though fortunately nothing was lost in the process. The major visual change is Thad's glasses in panel three - the horrible "reflection" has been scrubbed out.

This took vastly longer than it should have, in part due to the fact that Monday is a Bad Day To Make Comic, and WolfET still has my nads in its jaws. Fun stuff - I'm no paragon of discipline, but I was at least able to say fuck it and put the game DOWN in order to meet my self-set deadline of TONIGHT. Wound up photomanipulating several of the backgrounds rather than actually rendering them - backdrops make my brain scream bloody murder and that state of >_<! was holding me up so badly that it was photographs or sit here and blither like a lobotomized dog.

Pittsburgh sunsets, on the exceedingly rare occasions in which the sun is actually visible, look a lot like nuclear testing, supernovae, or some other form of high-octane explosion. Especially during the summer, when the air has the consistency of a wet diaper- we're talking the kind of sky that looks like armageddon.
