Everything got a bit narrower. This isn't a bad thing - there was plenty of dead space in all the panels. The only bit where it feels like a serious compromise is panel two, having lost a bit of the speakers and Tantek's shadow.

One bit of weirdness - for some reason the starboard rear landing strut was outside the vehicle in the original render. Somehow, I never, ever noticed. Makes me wonder what other goofiness I'll be bumping into down the line.

All told, various instances of the first panel spent somewhere around 28 hours rendering. Stomping in to check on things earlier tonight, I had come to the conclusion that I could draw the thing faster when lo and behold, it was done. Or rather, ready for photoshopping.

There are three pages left of this scene, and two of them make heavy use of the airbase - there'll be a goodly amount of rendering hell before I can move on to the next bit of the Chapter.

The "Ask, sissy." from Tantek hooks into Speculation, when he put the same question to Raven and received a blow-off answer.
