One of those stealth copyright problems I'd completely forgotten about - the Seagram's logo has been changed out for something a bit less... well known. The label for "Spagnola Dry Gin With Orange" was whipped up in a few minutes. Unless I throw in a scene of someone picking up trash in book six, this is probably the only time we'll ever see it. Effort, as such, didn't seem warranted.

Hard to believe this took just under six hours. :P
Started around five thirty - pencils took a bit longer than usual, inking took quite awhile, and there were quite a few problems with panel three (resulting in the extremely stylized indication of a blackhawk, as opposed to, say, a more detailed representation).
The only deviation from the script is that King was originally going to be drinking rum. Gin is, I think, vastly superior.
The next page is the last one of the scene "intro" - I'm probably going to take my time with it, as I have a hell of a lot of prep work that needs to be done for the rest of the scene. Vehicles are a non-issue but backgrounds are another matter entirely.
