I thought about trimming and cropping various ways before ultimately deciding that My Very First Entirely CG Page* would benefit most by adding some height to the first panel. Turns out I'd never cropped the original page file... meaning all I had to do was edit the haze effects a bit.
SCORE!
* Pure photoshop doesn't count. I've done plenty of that in my time. Prior to this I'd done a lot of work integrating 3d elements... but this is the first full-blown exterior environment with a ground plane and everything.

The average page of ATC, from breaking out the art supplies and file creation to web publication, takes between six and eight hours to complete.
What you see here took a very frustrating and lonely eighteen days, six or more hours a day, and I didn't even know if I'd be able to pull it off until a couple of hours ago.
23:07 <@bda> Those landing feet sure are CLEAN, solios!
23:08 <@bda> That ship is totally badass looking.
23:08 <@_Lasar> Yeah. I want one.
23:09 <@_Lasar> But what is the lampshade in the top picture doing?
23:09 <@bda> haha. It's not a lampshade. It's a runway light.
23:09 <@bda> zing, though.
23:10 <@_Lasar> Look at it.
23:10 <@_Lasar> It is a lampshade.
23:10 <@solios> shrug.
23:10 <@bda> Well... the characters DO seem to do a lot of drugs.
23:10 <@_Lasar> :)
23:10 <@solios> it's the shot I wanted.
23:10 <@_Lasar> hahahaha
23:11 <@_Lasar> solios++
23:11 <@solios> the only reason the loki doesn't have any shaders* is because I've already spent most of a month on this scene and would very much like to have this and the Sabrosa bit done before pumpcon.
23:11 <@bda> solios: :D
23:12 <@solios> bda: <3
* It does have shaders. But none of the happy industrial grit that I love so much.
