Improving on improvements. The Cheops and Daedalus have been scale accurate for the entire scene, but this is the first (and only) time it's obvious. This composition spanks the previous one, and - more importantly - the Cheops lacks the overblown bump mapping that was so obvious in the original CG shots.

Page 69! With a rectal reference!

Finished well ahead of schedule ( :D! ), though I won't be able to start work on veloctiy 14 until late next week on account of a supply shortage. :|

The original layout went through two completely different illustrations of Shannon and Polaski- the second revisions were much nicer (and HUGE), and made some flaws in the layout obvious- despite that, I actually managed to get it all together and finalized in under 24 hours. :)
