20090817 (38) - The last page of this chapter, at least for pre-formatting. Rather than dink around with tactical cropping strikes and figuring out Exactly Which Panel I'd roof-raise, I raised 'em all. A lot. Then I made a fresh layout, exactly like the original only 6:9 instead of 3:4, and dropped everything in. The result is a moderate amount of roof-raising for each panel, with a slight bit of cropping in panel one.

Like Tantek really needed that forearm.

20091008 (28) - Lettered. Tails run a bit close to certain background details - may redo before uploading (whenever that happens). Made a second pass on the ninth. More like seven or eight passes, actually - it's not optimal, but it's acceptable. I'm fine with that, for now.

Ph34r the sheer volume of linework. It'll ease up (a wee tiny bit) in a page or two, but until then it's all kinds of grind - the kind of grind that stretches production time out by a day or two.

At least it's looking good, and I don't have to worry about maintenance truck alpha channels for another five pages.

Thad's kit is that little bit of pixels between West's right elbow and abdomen - last seen in any real detail back in Chapter Four.
