While Ornix appears to have been driving a completely different vehicle during its brief appearance later, I've never thought much of replacing it for this page. Too much to rework. Unlike, say... switching this page from 4:3 to 16:9.
Counting the one-panel "channelling" appearance at the beginning of this chapter, the "car" Ornix drives is a total of three vehicles - in clarity it's a minivan, in this scene it's a nondescript hoopdi, and in its final appearance, it's a 2002 Lincoln town car. At the time, it was the only useable royalty-free vehicle I could find. Retconning it into this chapter would suck.
The Ornixmobile is gloriously inconsistent. And staying that way.

This page wasn't easy, and it probably looks like complete shit on older monitors. No apologies: I managed to wrench the lighting values I wanted out of the piece.
First use of pencils since polarity, and I daresay I've figured out how to use them a bit more effectively this time around. Talk about time consuming - I'm glad the concept I had in mind more or less worked, as this would have taken a billion years to do in ink. And it would have sucked. And that isn't West. West has a darker five o'clock shadow and a straight nose. West looked too much like Thad before I started production, so I completely changed his look... and now West looks too much like Ornix. There are differences - West is built like Ahhhhnald and Ornix is built like Sean Penn. And Ornix has sproingier hair.
