Dropped the "paint job transition" display shot (more about that next page) and fleshed out the page with even more renders. Maybe too many, in hindsight. Still, an improvement over the original... and if you compare the first panel of the previous page to the last panel of this page, you can see a definite difference in cloud cover. What with the whole "proximity to a completely different reality" and all.

The previous edition was Energy Soup. The current edition is Danny Boyle's Energy Soup with actual start and end points that have some relation to their respective realities. Win-win!

WHEW. Not so much from the effort as the fact I managed to pull off the aesthetics and effects I was striving for. :-)

I mentioned in the progress bar bitchbox that this would have been up last night, save for a Fight Club moment. To cut a long story short, I went Out, had a couple of drinks, and walked home with a pre-hangover and several pages of notes and ideas on how to progress ATC from a promotional standpoint- something I've been seriously neglecting.
