Relatively minor changes - new renders, one or two tweaks to the linework... and a horrible joke. So horrible. So awesome. Awesomer than the art, anyway - I'd redraw it all, but it's already been fixed once, dammit. Once is enough!
Or should be - this is a page that's been "fixed" three times now.
A lot of the work in this chapter has been adjusted once or twice already. Remember, it was produced before Signal (the first chapter), and in many ways epitomizes the flaws of the story and the early development process. Too many short scenes, lots of flaws - I was switching environments and characters too quickly to get comfortable (and hence, "good") with any particular one (or two or three etc), the entire cast was still relatively new and still had to get the art bugs worked out... and it was around now that I was starting to realize this project was going to be anything but easy.

20070728 : Rewrote the page and fixed Shannon's eye. See here for the "What's a mille?" awfulness.

Whew. :D
Six pages in eight days. That has to be some kind of record. Unfortunately, I've been working at such a pace that between production and Appleseed eating my balls, I haven't had time to get the next sequence laid out. Technically speaking, I need a breather. The "quality" of the chibi frame should attest to that. :|
As you can see by date distribution of pages of chapter three, going with fully prepared script and layouts means that when the pages come, they come fast. So there'll be a bit of downtime while I iron out order of events. Mental editing. Nothing's getting dropped, but the order it comes out in is fairly time sensitive. :P
Maybe now Xeno will stop bitching about miles- the original script had all of three (short) lines of dialogue.
Also, holy shit Naomi's anatomy is jacked.
Heck of a thing to Actually Notice a few hours after the fact. :P
